The OPLAN Foundation is engaging the professional help of a major firm of international fund raising and management consultants with an impressive track record of raising funds for major international charities and non-profit organisations. The goal is the establishment of a multi-million dollar fund to help support commited individuals like YOU in the developing world to plan and install open public local access network infrastructure on a sustainable basis that serves the needs of the local community and its citizens before anything else. The Foundation Trustees need to be able to provide examples of potential projects that demonstrate the real need for such support as they and their advisors approach prospective major donors.
